NFL Week 2: Eddie Royal Scores 3 TDs… uh, What?
As we plunge deeper into Week 2 of the NFL season, the fantasy football world is still reeling from the effects of Eddie Royal’s absurd 7/90/3 line. The diminutive wide receiver is only owned in 16% of Yahoo’s fantasy football leagues, and was impossibly cheap in one-day fantasy football leagues on FanDuel.com.
Undoubtedly, most people do not expect games like this from the 5’10” wide receiver, who had an electric rookie season, flashing high potential on offense and special teams. He followed up his 91-catch, 980-yard, 5-TD season by barely surpassing that total number over the next four seasons.
Today, his 2013 touchdown total has tied his career high season total of 5 TDs from 2008.
This chick is a huge Eddie Royal fan. https://t.co/fFavaMFrtG

Take your bets on his total percentage owned in fantasy football once waivers clear this week. If you’ve got him on your roster, it could be a good time to sell high.
New York Jets rookie Geno Smith is probably wishing he had one of his brutally unknown wide receivers shocking the world right now…
